Lemon Meringue Pie


I made Betty's Lemon Meringue Pie today. Do you know Betty of Betty's Pies. Maybe its just a Minnesota thing? Here are some pictures.

This was a hit with 5 out of 6.

    We have been to Betty's, but, the pie we got was just so so. Yours looks fabulous though. As you know I love pie, especially pocket pies!

    thanks :) i have since made another one and that one was prettier. Pies are great no matter their size.
